You will need:
2 cups brown rice, already cooked and cooled.
2 avocados
1 lime
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
salt and pepper for seasoning
chili flakes if you can handle the heat
Mash up all your avocado thoroughly.
All all the ingredients.

Add it to your brown rice and mix, mix, mix.
